Yes!

As of 2 June 2024 Pirates Destiny became a Moderate sim, so children are allowed. However, the islands in the Jamaica Sim are off limits to al child avitars, as adult activities frequently happen there. Children found on any of those islands will be banned from the Jamaica sim.
